Location: Suddath Seminar Room, Petit Institute

Dr. Anne Pollock is the Program Director for the Graduate certificate in Science, Technology and Society which is designed for students already enrolled in a graduate degree program at Georgia Tech, in any college or program.

Science, Technology and Society (STS) - also called Science and Technology Studies - is an interdisciplinary field of study that seeks to understand how science and technology shape society and culture and how society and culture, in turn, shape the development of science and technology.

This certificate is for graduate students who would like to demonstrate additional competence in some aspect of STS or special competence in STS in their home discipline. The certificate is open to students in good standing in any graduate program at Georgia Tech.
